FMS Serpa model 2000 VCM vertical continuous motion cartoner. Set on 6" center carton lugs, 3 chain carton conveying. Carton size range: (length) 1" - 4 1/2" (width) 3/4" - 3 1/2" (depth) 3 1/8"- 8 7/8". Variable speed bottle loader has timing screw to star infeed and automatically loads bottles into carton. Rated speed 45-80 cartons per minute. Set for reverse tuck style carton. Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 processor. 4'L powered carton magazine and 3 head orbital carton erector. Elec: 3/60/575V. Last ran 30ml, 50ml, 150ml, 250ml containers in cosmetic application. Entire machine surrounded by Lexan guarding.
