Clybourn model 312-E Spectrum series vertical cartoner. Unit currently set on 12" centers with 6 1/2"W pockets. Centers can be changed with proper change parts to accommodate 3" - 24" centers, offering a wide range of carton sizes to run. Filling section has 6 funnels and vibratory motor to settle product while filling. Powered carton magazine measures 10'L feeding dual head rotary carton feeder (capable of converting to 4 head). Emboss coder. Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 CPU (1 board missing), Sumitomo AF-300 variable speed drive, Quickpanel operator station, and Plus 5000 Electro Cam. Elec: 3/60/460V. Last ran 24 oz dog biscuits at speeds of 60-70 cpm with hot melt closure, hot melt system not available. Direction of operation is counter clockwise.
