In-Line tunnel type Air Cleaner and Washer designed with universal carrier accepts Pharmaceutical Vials with neck finishes from 13mm to 32mm. Vials are positioned into the washer with a V- plate feeder on a maximum Pattern of 20 containers across. The maximum vial size for this machine is 2.031" diameter by 3.720" tall. (Ordered to handle from 5cc to 50cc Vials) Machine will run up to 500 containers per minute.
Sequence of Operation - Eleven Internal Cleaning Stations (two station additional to normal units)
Two cleaning stations: - air & vacuum
Six internal stations: Can be additional air - vacuum, hot water, WFI, DI water, detergent, steam or any combination of these that you incorporate.
Unit includes internal vacuum capabilities; however the clean air is fed utilizing the plant system.
Three final stations: utilized for the drying and indexing the vials onto the dead plate for feeding them out of the washer, generally onto the tray loader.
Plumbing is entirely sanitary, using 316 stainless steel Tri-Clover fittings, sanitary Piping and sanitary ITT diaphragm valves with free-draining design.
