Used- Lakso Cottoner 300. Fully automatic twin head cotton inserter capable of speeds up to 300 containers per minute with a maximum cotton weight range of 26 grams per yard and a cut length range of 2 1/2" to 7". It is capable of one to two insertions per bottle (at 1/2 speed). Unit is complete with pushbutton adjustable head and height, cotton feed detection, conveyor with timing screw, bottle jam and 2 cotton bins. Unit is set on casters for easy mobility. 460V 3p/60c. Machine footprint 182'' long x 58'' wide x 62'' tall.
