Carrier Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer - Model QAD-72120 S . Stainless steel and carbon steel construction. Air Plenum is 70-5/8" wide x 29'-4" inside. Complete with Natural Gas Burner. New York Air Blower. Vibrator Mechanism which is powered by Two (2) 7.5 HP TEFC, 213 T-Frame, 230/460 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, 1800 RPM Electric Motors. Dryer was designed to dry coal pellets 1/2" dia. x 1" long @ a capacity of 30 TPH (wet basis). Such pellets having a bulk density of 40 lbs / cu ft @ an inlet moisture of 16% (by wt.) and a discharge moisture of 12% (by wt.).Maximum drying temp. 400 deg F. The perforated openings in the Fluidized Bed Plate are 3/32" dia. @ 1/2" on centers.
