Phoenix Engineering double drum dryer, chrome rolls measuring 40" dia x 144" face, ASME certified for 150 PSI @ 365 deg f. Drum drive gearbox with a speed range of 2-20 rpm's, electronic vari-speed with digital readout and keypad. Mounted in NEMA 4, stainless steel enclosure. Elec: 3/60/460V. Knife assembly, pneumatic operated blades with stainless steel air cylinders. Self aligning bearings. Drum end dams pneumatic operated with high temp phenolic material and stainless steel backing plates. (2) applicator rolls measuring 8" dia x 144" face, 304 stainless steel, polished and ASME certified for 50 psi. Applicator roll drive electronic vari-speed with speed range of 10-50 rpms. Applicator roll gap adjustment from the drying drum. (4) rotary joints (2) for drying drums and (2) for applicator rolls. Stainless steel screw conveyor discharge.
