WA Lane Model W12 8-up S/S portion pack vertical form, fill, seal machine with four side seal, film registration,12in W web, can run 10 up, dual film roll, serrated knife, 13in W seal bar. 2-8 Packages per cycle, 1.5in-6in Package widths, Minimum 2in and Maximum 9in Package lengths, 15-80 cycles per minute, Fill volume range 0.1 fl. oz minimum to 24 fl. oz maximum. Employs volumetric fillers and fill-tube technology, resulting in precise product fill and cut-off control. Machine can handle a wide variety of pumpable products with temperature fill ranges from 40 - 195 degrees Fahrenheit. 1ph/60hz/230v approximately 10 gallon rectangular S/S product hopper, 1/16in diameter fill nozzles, 1 1/2in on center, mechanical vari-speed main drive motors, Cal Tech M1020 programable limit switch controls. 10ft L x 12in W incline discharge conveyor.
