One-step vacuum granulator dryer, offers numerous advantages for solid dose production.
Roto technology provides:
-The capability to carry out the entire process, from loading of raw materials through to discharge of dry granules, in one contained bowl. This means no contact between product and operator and environment.
-The ability to process any type of product, whether highly active, solvent basis, air sensitive, effervescent and spheronised.
-The possibility to reduce production costs significantly by limiting raw material loss, personnel involvement in production, space and energy requirements.
A traditional installation requires floor space for: a HSHS granulator, a wet mill, a fluid bed dryer and their ancillary groups! Furthermore, in order to have a contained batch discharge from the granulator to the fluid bed dryer, vertical/ gravity flow may be required reaching a of up to 4 floors!!
A Roto installation, even in the case of a huge Roto P 2000 capable of processing batches up to 1 ton, require no more than no.1 process room!
