Lee Industries Vacuum kettle, 50 US Gallon, built 1995, hemispherical bottom, dished top, 316 stainless steel steam-jacketed, hinged man-way, 3 inch viewports, multiple ferrules built in, 3 inch flush bottom ball valve, flush type temperature RTD, Lee #7 single-motion standard agitator with molded nylon scraper blades, powered by 1.5 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase motor (Agitator speed 25 rpm. Includes vapor pipe with triclamp fittings, condenser unit, 2HP vacuum pump. Kettle mates to Braced Stainless leg supports for optional mounting over another kettle . Blueprints available.
