USED Silverson model EX hi shear batch mixer. Mixer emulsifies, homogenizes, solubilizes, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Rotor/stator workhead: currently a 6 1/2'' Diameter with 5/16'' openings and 30'' Shaft (spare head with 5/8'' openings available at additional $300 cost). Mounted on mobile support base with Alvitar 5 variable speed drive Elec: 3kw (4 hp) 2850 rpm motor. Designed for batch sizes of 675 liter (178 gallon) water viscosity or 90 liter (23 gallon) high viscosity.
