Designed for pastry, bread and grissini bakeries for mixing soft dough, french bread, panettone cake, bread stick, sandwich loaves etc. Cast iron structure and bowl trolley, cast iron tool arms with stainless steel kneading tools. Bowl capacity 300kg, inside bowl diameter 1090mm. Comes with (6) 300kg bowls and (2) smaller bowls.
