Cherry Burrell jacketed tank,approx. 2400 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 96" diameter x 78" straight side. Dish top, flat bottom. Jacket rated 100 PSI @ 350 degrees F. Top entering agitator, 2 1/2" diameter shaft, with anchor style agitator, bottom supported, driven by a 5 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 RPM gear motor. Includes (2) CIP spray balls and a fixed baffle. Top Openings: 18" man way with cover, (3) 3" triclamp, (2) 2" triclamp, 6" drive, 2 1/2", 3" vent. 2 1/2" side bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs on 5" x 5" pads.Built in 1989
